Sustainaboule is a restaurant built from old containers entirely focused on “fun dining”, events, and sustainability – this is the place to come when you want to play boules, hang out with friends, and eat really well. We serve lunch Tuesday – Friday and after-work drinks and dinner on Tuesday to Thursdays.

Here at Sustainaboule, we’ve created the absolute chillest hangout spot in Kista. Everyday we serve freshly baked Pita Pockets and our nutritious ‘Sustainabowl’ – sustainable and delicious. There’s always a solid selection of craft beers and other tasty organic drinks. Food, drinks, and
boule – everything you need!

Dreaming of crushing your colleagues at boule? Book an event that starts with instructions and a show by our six-time Swedish champion – Leo Brood Björk. Then it’s time for tournaments and food. You’ll be hard-pressed to find a cooler event with friends and colleagues in Kista.

We are called Sustainaboule for a reason. We believe in a sustainable future, which is why we adapt our menu every day based on the ingredients we can grow ourselves or what is available from our local partners and community. That includes taking care of what’s considered too “ugly” to be sold in local grocery stores. We strive to become Sweden’s most sustainable restaurant with a zero-waste goal.
