Sustainaboule: A Journey from zero to zero-waste

Winter is coming. Thanks to everyone for a great outdoor season at Sustainaboule! It was short and intense, but also just the beginning. We’ve experimented, we’ve baked lots of pita bread, stretched lots of pizza. We’ve made good decisions, we’ve made bad decisions, we’ve made a thousand mistakes, but we’ve also learned an incredible amount. We’ve had fantastic guests who both ate, competed and played boule with colleagues. We crowned the first winners of the Kista Corporate Cup. We felt stressed and overwhelmed at times, we laughed and we have gotten to know a lot of new people. Again, thank you for this summer, which is just the beginning.

Boule is for everyone!


Now that the cold is setting in, we turn our backs on the swallows (not the African ones but the European ones) and leave our lovely outdoor seating for warmer temperatures. We have found our winter hideaway in a super cozy indoor venue, just a boule throw away. The new address is called Blåfjällsgatan 2.

Saving food is the name of the game!

During the summer, we saved around two tons (!) of food. Fruit and vegetables that have been deemed ‘too ugly’ to be sold in a grocery store. Our new indoor location means we can continue our mission to provide our guests with delicious plant-based fast food, good for you and the planet, without contributing to any food waste.

Join us as the journey continues. Just like before, our guests can enjoy homemade pita bread filled with goodies as well as our sustainabowl, a divine salad plate with rice, quinoa, buckwheat or similar. The experiments will continue and we can promise at least one surprise on the menu this winter, in addition to the Christmas table that we are fully planning for.

Monday to Friday 11.00-13.30 (drop in, take away and home delivery)

Christmas table 19 November to 19 December:
Tuesday to Thursday at 16.30-19.30 (pre-booking only)
